I have diabetes and could sleep at night when it’s cold even with the heater on my feet were cold, but with these I can really feel the difference my feet feel warm and I stay asleep. Regular wash but don’t hot dry they get pilling. So now I air dry. Bought some for my fatherI used to buy my husband Bass Pro Redhead socks and he really liked them until I found these.
