They look like heat holders except maybe they're a bit longer, they feel like heat holders to begin with anyway but you will need to wear boots/shoes at the very least 1 size bigger maybe more if you want to wear these socks in them, only suitable for lounging around indoors in my opinion but I personally wanted them for that purpose so I'm okay with that, I will have to wear them for a while before I can judge things like warmth, comfort and durability but I think they'll be okay so all good and I'm a happy camper.EDIT, After wearing them for a few days they have completely lost their shape and now they're much too baggy to wear.
